2. The first scene is a pan of the
ground and some metal fragment
can be seen stopping in the air. All
the things which is shown in the
frame is motionless with the
sound of the collision in the metal
which is asynchronous sound. As
the camera turning a cleaver
shows up that suggests a cold
metal feeling and kill.
Then a intense and rhythmical incidental music adds homicidal
atmosphere. A tilt shows a old dirty hospital bed and then a 360
degree rule is used to showing the whole scene set. A lot of
dummy with broken arm of broken body part standing around
the hospital bed.

3. • A strange thing is shown in the frame combining by lots of
artificial limbs which looks horrible. A hand of the dummy is
in pull focus. A sound of male singing adds in the background
music, so that it sounds like the theme tune (soundtrack). The
voice of the man is low and deep, this kind of sad mood adds
a creepy feeling.
• Next is a zooming out of a body. Judging from the
costume, the woman looks like a dummy in nurse dress up
with a slim and sexy body shape. With the zooming we can
see nurses ‘ sacra-iliac joints are broken and the blood
without color freezing in the air. Amount of scars are in those
arms. A point of view shot shows the cylinder needle holding
in nurse’s hand, the needle is not used to cure people but kill
people in here, so that let the audiences feel terrible.

4. The zooming out from some
fragments shows a dummy head
finally in the frame. And the
background is lots of dummies
stack together. Then a pan in 180
degree rule suggests there are
dummy and nurses around here.
One of the nurse is holding the
cleaver which is pointing the
camera. The fragments spalling
from the dummies’ bodies hints
slaughter and bloody. All the things
remains statical contrast the
horrible atmosphere. With the
camera turning to those creepy
dummies, audiences can see that
they are so horrible and
disgusting .Such as the arm
through the mouth, the brain is
separated with a mouth in the
middle ,etc. The knives can be
seen everywhere.

5. The last part of the sequence is a extreme long shot
of a man standing in the dark corridor. A cut zoom in
shows the eyes(extreme close up) of these ‘man’
who is a monster. The flickering light has the same
tempo as the breath, suddenly, a cut zoom out
shows the whole face of that monster, he opens his
bloody mouth and looks very terrible. He throws a
axe towards the camera, and the frame becomes
whole black in the end.
