Select the image, Go to Format Tab click on the Compress Pictures (a dialog box will appear and
choose the options from below).

In the Home tab, click on Layout; this will show you how many master slides the deck has.

Now go to Slide Master: View Tab Click on Slide Master. You will see the other unused master slides in
numbering wise.

Hover your mouse over the main slide of each slide master and check for the master slides that are not in use.
Delete as necessary.

Go to File tab click on Save As Select Save As PDF (*.pdf) and click on Save. Your PowerPoint deck
will now be saved as a PDF file with a reduced file size.

Go to File tab click on Options Select Save tab and choose the right file in the “Preserve fidelity
when sharing this presentation” option. Once done, check the “Embed fonts in the file”. Always select the
first option (i.e. Embed only the characters used in the presentation (best for reducing file size).

Steps for inserting the link in your slide:
1. Create an object on the slide you want to insert the video link. Select the shape created and press Ctrl + K.
2. On the address tab, paste the link of the video you want to insert and then press OK.
3. Now when you click on the object you created, the video will open.
