The Project Vision As taken from the Project Initiation Document The project is a groundbreaking partnership development to create a fully integrated public and university library, which will be completely new to the UK and highly innovative internationally. The centre will also include Worcestershire Record Office, Worcestershire History, Environment and Archaeology Service, and Worcestershire Hub Customer Service Centre. The concept has been developed jointly by Worcestershire County Council and the University of Worcester. It will create a cultural, learning and information centre of excellence promoting life-long learning, engendering social inclusion and raising aspirations in the broadest sense for the whole community, regardless of age, background or ability.
