Research Experience and Technical Expertise’s;
Expertise in animal cell culture studies for cytotoxicity and anticancer activities and good
experience fluorescence microscope to localize specific proteins in tissues, cell and nucleus
morphology.
Expertise in animals handling, surgery and drug delivery aspects of mouse and rat models
(six year’s extensive research experience).
Expertise in study of the antioxidant assays (in vitro & in vivo) and DNA damage effect of the
phytochemicals and also qualification of protein carbonyls, 4-Hydroxynonenal, protein
nitration by western analysis.
Experience in isolation of hepatocytes form rats and primary cell culture maintenance.
Extensive experience in cloning, protein purification and characterization of cloned
proteins.
Extensive experience in isolation and quantification of DNA & RNA from cell, microbial and
animal systems and preparation of cDNA and other PCR techniques.
Experience in basic immunological and biochemical techniques and also use of
bioinformatics tools (Molecular docking).
Experience in biogenic synthesis of metal nanoparticles, characterization and its biomedical
applications and expertise in spectral characterization (Raman, Spectro flurometer and
ELISA) and HPLC ,SEM, FTIR, NMR, HPTLC, ESR, Cyclic voltammetry and circular
dichroism spectroscopy.
Experience in isolation and characterization of bacterial pure culture, bacterial growth curve,
and Antibiotic sensitivity test and well trained in Salmonella mutagenicity (Ames) test.
