Maruti SuzukiIndia Limited (MSIL) today said the company's minority shareholders have given a go-ahead toa proposal to develop manufacturing
facilities in Gujarat through a 100 per cent subsidiary owned by parent Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC). Maruti Suzuki has got 89.75% votes in
favouroftheproposalforarelatedpartytransactionwithSuzukiMotorGujarat,withover50%shareholdersabstainedfromvoting.Effectively,the
ordinaryresolutionhasbeenpassedwithrequisitemajority.
Technical Outlook :On daily chart, stock has formed Hammer shapedof candlestick withthe support of its 21 Day Moving Average
which is double confirmation for further upside movement inthe counter.Moreover, stock has beentradingwithitsstrongsupport
of its 50 Day Moving Average which is placed at 4530 level, whichshows that medium term trend is up. Amomentum indicator RSI
