POLICE, SECURITY & DEFENCE FORCE TRAINING EXAMPLES

The Multi-Mission Dynamics Group of the U.K. consists of 4 “niche” companies/departments,
with representation in several countries of the GCC, as well as Asia and the ASEAN region:-

    Multi-Mission Dynamics Training and Consultancy (N.I.) – (M2DNI)
    Multi-Mission Dynamics Limited – Weapons, Equipment and Ammunition – (M2D);
    Camouflage Technology Limited – “2D Multi-Spectral Camouflage Solutions” –
     (CamoTek);
 Maritime Offshore Management Limited – Maritime Technical Solutions and Training
     – (MoM).

AIMS OF THE M2D SECURITY TRAINING GROUP

 Consistently apply international training standards and best practice across
            Agencies. –

M2D bespoke and standard courses are all accredited by a range of
acceptable bodies associated with the type of course material
                     involved.

 Provide accreditation / certification for training in security, civil protection, etc.
and develop specialist supplementary training programs such as explosive
ordnance disposal, aviation security, special operations, maritime, etc:-
                                                                                                     2

Maritime Offshore Management Limited (MoM) is a derivative
of the largest offshore marine and underwater consultancy in
the world, which was sold to partnership of Lloyds Register
and British Maritime Technology (BMT). M2D therefore has
available trainers and consultants, for example, who wrote all
the marine operations and emergency manuals and training
specifications for all the oil majors in the UK’s North Sea,
under the umbrella of UKOOA – United Kingdom Offshore
Operators Association. The Chairman of the M2D Group was

material which protects from CBRN exposure whilst leaving the
wearer comfortable; a CBRN breathable fabric, in addition to
being involved with the development of the leading edge
“Explonix” explosive detector, which also has a dirty bomb
      material detection module available.

 Achieve economies of scale and reduce Agencies’ duplication in training
investments and develop a corps of security services professionals within the
            customer:-

M2D’s experience in training across a global range of police, military and critical
infrastructure needs provides a niche core of training assets to customers, within one
organisation.

SPECIFIC FOCUS AREAS – training for

 Civilian and Military Tactical Training Services:-

M2D provide such training services around the world to police and
military clients. Just some examples have been previously forwarded
to demonstrate the range and depth of experience available, from
small bespoke tactical courses to the implementation of complete
Force departments and their integration in the overall Force capability.

           Military and Special Ops:-

M2D train elite forces all around the world, including UK, Europe, US,
South America and Australia. M2D is currently training the SRR
(Special Reconnaissance Regiment) made up of personnel from SAS,
SBS and 14 Intel Det. in the UK. Many of our senior trainers come
from “E Department”, Specialist Operations Branch, now re-named C4
within the Northern Ireland Police Service, as well as long serving
members and trainers within the UK Special Forces and from the UK
                     intelligence community.

           Critical Infrastructure Protection:-

M2D train police, elite forces and military units in the protection of
critical infrastructure assets. An example would be a 3 year, major oil
asset protection program in Georgia and an ongoing contract with a
global corporate body. M2D are Vendor Stakeholders in the new
                                                                                                4

                                                                                                Page

                                          Restricted
 Emergency Responders:-

M2D have a long history in the provision of training and equipment
specifying for Law Enforcement, Emergency Management, Fire
Fighting, Emergency Medical and Paramedic Services, movement and
protection of hazardous materials (including nuclear), K9 and
Mechanical K9, the moving of casualties by air transport (medi-vac)

 Search, Rescue an Survival:-

M2D air wing managers and trainers come from the SERE training
school of the Royal Air Force (RAF), SAS pilots and combine with the
marine specialists to provide a comprehensive training blanket across
all IMO “IMSAR” requirements, on land, sea and in active war fighting
          theatres.

For example, they have trained all three UK MOD Services, Canadian
and US personnel. Hostage instructors have trained all three UK MOD
services, UK Special Forces, Canadian and US services, German
Special Forces, Greek Special Forces, Italian and Dutch services,
Norwegian Special Forces and Danish Special Forces personnel.
They have also helped set up the Danish Hostage school and
currently have instructors embedded with the Norwegian Hostage
          School.

 K9 - department creation and training:-

The M2D training unit developed and trained the anti-drug and anti-
terrorist K9 unit in the RUC (Royal Ulster Constabulary) now named
the PSNI (Police Service of Northern Ireland). Northern Ireland has
been leading the world since 1969 in all types of anti-drug and anti-
terrorist training, for dogs and human beings, as well as the covert
equipment required in such operations. Also, all aspects in the use of
dogs as a less lethal alternative when dealing with non-compliant
          personnel.

 Emerging Concepts and Technology:-

Over the course of a year, M2D have embedded trainers in training
establishments, operational units and seats of learning and science.
Our current work on the “Compep” chemical which will protect wearers
from all CBRN attacks, whilst letting the wearer’s body breath is an
example of our support for new concepts and technology, along with
the continuous improvement of our 2D anti-radar camouflage
          signature management systems.
                                                                                   5
                                                                                   Page
