Junk foods contain various toxic chemicals like monosodium glutamate, artificial sweeteners, color additives, and preservatives that can negatively impact health. Excessive consumption of monosodium glutamate may lead to brain damage and artificial sweeteners have been linked to hyperactivity in children. Color additives and some preservatives have also been associated with increased cancer risk according to research. The WHO has called on countries to limit junk food marketing to children given these potential health risks.

7. Notes:
• I really see no problem with junk food. Whatever we eat - it should
be limited. Not less not more(well, it wouldn't matter we had junk
food in little quantities or none at all).
• And with the limited eating, we need to have some physical work so
as to burn calories, improve blood circulation/oxygenation and
physical fitness.
• Personally, I cannot have any food in excess amounts, even if it's
something I love, I have it in little quantities frequently.. because
my tummy gets upset with me if I go against it. :( ...plus, I get bored
and satisfied way too easily. And, I have been used to junk food(not
JUNK exactly, but snacks rather) since I was small.. I am always
hungry ~ fast metabolism I guess See, people like me cannot help
but have snacks and junk food is a real treat to taste buds. :D
