I have teaching experience in Sociology and research experience in qualitative methods. My blue-collar life experience and background in community activism supplements my academic qualifications. My current career objective is to find a full or part time research and/or teaching position in higher education, a research institute or similar organization that is oriented toward progressive social change. I hope, through my work to contribute to greater understanding of the ways in which democratic social change from below can be achieved.
