Apology letter

Subject: Apology Letter.
Respected Sir,
In response to Show Cause Notice, Memo No: HSRLM/2019/2586, dated on 19th
Aug’19. I humbly write you to express my deepest apologies for the misconduct. I am very
professional person and I value my work a lot, it saddens me that I have done misconduct.
I have been absent without sanction of leaves as I got separated from my
family at my home. It had taken long time to resolve the issue and distribution of home and
agricultural land equally and registration of agricultural land at my home. Unfortunately, due
to family issues had to take leaves or else I would have come early.
I informed to Sh. R.K. Dharia sir that I am facing family problems at my
home, even I booked train tickets 3 times to come back to office, but I could not come as the
issue was not resolved. As I am aware of the organization rules and ethics that we follow but
my intention is not to violate the rules and regulations of the organization. I have faced the
consequences of my action as per the official rules. I’ll make sure from next time I do inform
and communicate in timely. Rest assures that mistake will not happen again and I will do
everything again to gain back your complete trust in my capacity.
