My role is to provide technical support for the day to day running of CILASS teaching spaces and technologies. I train new users and encourage current users to explore how they can use the spaces and technologies to their full potential and enhance the learning and teaching experience. My aim as IT/AV Advisor is to increase the use of the CILASS teaching spaces and technologies. For example; the use of additional equipment, the use of CILASS access grid node, and minimising technical problems. In short... to unlock technologies for inquiry-based learning. I am also responsible for the loans and returns of equipment and for making sure the CILASS teaching spaces web pages are easy to us
