This presentation outlines developed curriculum that will bring to light the idea of System Thinking within Adult Education Program. The efforts of this curriculum are to transform current strategies and ways of approaching education. These strategies will lead to accomplished goals, visions and missions through the team building and professional development of Adult Educators.

Never lower the vision ones it’s established It is what it is….view the situation freely and with an open-mind Reflect on reality and make decisions
