This cabling system is currently recognized around the World as the ASPCA Cabling System. The applications run from Elevator Cables for First Responder use to alarms and emergency lighting and ventilation systems all that cannot fail in terms of function. The APSCA Cabling system is currently CSA International C22.2 No.267-10 approved, UL/ULC FHIT 17 CI Level 3, and UL-S139C /UL1726 Fire Rated, BRE/LPCB Europe Approved, and the only cabling system approved for retrofitting or upgrading Nuclear Facilities in the world to full digital control system status.
2. Introduction
• We have 17 Patents at various stages of
Pending or Filed status effective around the
World. 5 of these Patents cover a
revolutionary almost indestructible power and
communications cabling system. The Patents
cover the cable, the junction boxes, and
several other security safety related areas.
3. • ASCPA by the way stands for Armored Segmented
Power and Communications Assembly.
• This cabling system is currently recognized
around the World as the ASPCA Cabling System.
• The applications run from Elevator Cables for
First Responder use to alarms and emergency
lighting and ventilation systems all that cannot
fail in terms of function.
4. • The APSCA Cabling system is currently CSA
International C22.2 No.267-10 approved,
UL/ULC FHIT 17 CI Level 3, and UL-S139C
/UL1726 Fire Rated, BRE/LPCB Europe
Approved, and the only cabling system
approved for retrofitting or upgrading Nuclear
Facilities in the world to full digital control
system status.
5. Licensing and Manufacturing
• Originally we planned to sell the Patents
outright. However many electrical cabling
companies worldwide asked if they could
license manufacturing to a restricted or
controlled distribution area. We thought
about it and came to an agreement, hence the
offering of Territorial Manufacturing Licenses
for this ASPCA Cabling System.
6. Licensing and Manufacturing
• This Cable can withstand 500lbs crush, 2600lbs pull,
600vac power, -65C - +1500C operating, is Radiation
Resistant with 3 long distance fiber optic channels
expandable to 24 channels.
• Proprietary Broadband Solid State Radar interconnects
between junction boxes in case of severing. Cables
can be made to any length from 10 feet to 3000 feet in
length. Once the manufacturing is started local
Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) must use this
cable by International Safety Codes. Up till then they
can side step the life safety codes.
7. Prices
• Licensing for your territory would be at
$6,000,000 US$ Negotiable.
• Cost of setting up a Manufacturing facility that
could make this cable automatically, would be
approximately $1.7 million plus the cost of a
50,000 sqft to 100,000 sqft building.
• Total price: $7.7 million
8. Prices
• This could produce on a single shift with a
crew of 12-15 people, 100,000 feet per
month. Cost is estimated at $12/ foot and
Retail is expected to Installers and
Construction companies at $115/foot. Average
cost including normal spaced junction boxes,
raises end cost for this system at $185/foot.
12. Cable Finalizing and Packaging
• After to the cable production line above there
is 2 other areas, the Insulation Production
Room which is Computer Controlled 4 High
Power Laser Moving Cutting Bed system. This
is included in overall system budget.
13. Cable Finalizing and Packaging
• Next the large spool denoted in the end of the
drawing above moves to the Segmenting Line
where a special Proprietary Circumciser Cutter
cuts away armor, applies the cable connector,
prepares the power and communications
cable ends, and supplies a 2600 lb. tested
anchor eyelet at both ends of the cable
segment.
14. Cable Finalizing and Packaging
• The cable is either due to length and weight
put on a smaller spool or coiled and placed in
a cardboard box. OSHA USA clean air system
can also be added to system to meet all
environmental and health issues.
15. Investor Expectations
• As this ASPCA Standard comes into effect now
around the World, the only thing stopping
mandatory use of this cable is no local
manufacturers are producing this cable so
they do not have to enforce the “Life Safety”
Standards imposed by this Standard.
16. Investor Expectations
• Being one of the first in the World gives the
Investor the opportunity at massive export
sales. All the Certification work has been
taken care of and now it’s a mechanical stage
of making the cable and distributing it.
