This letter certifies that NatureVel-WW products from Clover Organic Pvt. Ltd. were used in a 23 KLD STP plant. Within 11 days of treatment, the products reduced pollution loads remarkably by lowering BOD to under 2 mg/L, COD to 6 mg/L, and TSS and TDS by 40% on average while raising DO levels to 7.5 mg/L. Total coliform was reduced to 27 MPN/100 ml and faecal coliform fell below detectable levels, reducing foul odour. The treated water is used for gardening. Clover Organic provided good after-sales service by training personnel and maintaining contact to address minor issues.

This is to certify that we have used NatureVel - WW products of Clover Organic Pvt. Ltd in our 23 KLD
STP plant. We observed that though our flow is much higher, there was a remarkable reduction in the
pollution load within just 11 days of treatment.
BOD reduced to < 2 mg/L and COD reduced to 6 mg/L. This was on an average a 90% reduction. TSSand
TDS average reduction was by 40% and DO levels rose to 7.50 mg/L. We noticed that the Total Coliform
reduced to just 27 MPN/100 ml and Faecal Coliform was below detectable levels. There was a distinct
reduction in foul odour as well. We are using the treated water for gardening within our factory
complex.
The Company extended good after sales service to us. They not only trained our personnel, but are in
constant touch with them to take care of any minor problems.
