4. Prenzel Compensation Plan
1st change - Earn a Retail Income
Join as a Member for $29.90 and you can earn up to a 30% Retail Profit
on your retail sales, paid monthly. An annual Renewal of $14.00 is
required.
2nd change - Build a team by introducing new members to the Club. Your
Commission will now change from your present tree which goes 2 lines
down to 8 lines: Earn a percentage on each sale made in your team.
Level 1 – 10% then 5% all the way down to level 8
3rd change - Earn from Starter Packs (FSP)
Buy a starter pack worth $275, $445, or $785 and for each person you
recruit who purchases a starter package you earn an additional $7.50 -
$50.

6. 1st change - Joining Club Prenzel
Join from the Club website by paying $29.90 to become a Club
member.
This allows you to buy wholesale at a discount of 30% and, if you wish,
to sell retail. The annual renewal costs just $14.00.
On joining you receive a product manual and your personal web site.
through which you conduct all your activities with the club and your
team.

7. 2nd Change – Commissions
You can now earn commissions on 8 levels
You will earn 10% on your own front line (level 1)
And
5% on everyone in your team down to 8 levels
8. 3rd change –Earn from starter
packs
• You can also earn more than just commission.
• You can also sell a new recruit one of 3 starter packs. This is
optional but recommended
• The advantage - you and they can use these packs to show
others a range of Prenzel products and use them for tasting.
• And, recruit 3 and get your pack FREE!
(Note: these are non-commissionable, and are limited to 2 per person)
9. 4th change: Fast Start Bonus
And that’s not all

We are now going to start getting a little technical. Don’t expect to
understand everything first go. Take your time to look over the presentation
at your leisure and don’t hesitate to ask us if there is something you really
don’t understand.
It is important that you realise that the system does all the calculations and
admin for you, leaving you free to get on with the job.
13. In home tastings
1. The organiser
a) Gets a $29.90 voucher for a FREE annual membership
b) And a 30% discount on all Prenzel goods they purchase during the
year.
2. You get a 7% tasting stock allocation calculated on points.
3. You sell at full retail, and pocket the 30% difference.
4. Or the guests can sign up as members, in which case you will get
commission.
14. 5. Delivery : All orders go directly to the customer. You do not need to act
as middleman and repackage and re-deliver, unless you so wish. If you give
your own address for delivery of all purchases from the party, that is your
choice.
6. Freight is calculated at $4 + 4% of order value.
7. All commissions and payments are calculated automatically through
your web site. You can get on with your job without worrying about admin!

Commissions are calculated on points value.
In order to qualify for your own personal commissions, as well as team
commission, (down to 8 levels) you must purchase at least $70 worth of
product each month. This doesn’t have to be for you, it can be a normal
order for one of your customers.

20. Website and how it works.
Importance of your user name.
If no user name, your recruits cannot join your team.
The system will automatically place them in the optimum position in your team.
You may, however, override the automatic placement when you become familiar
with the system. We strongly recommend that you wait before doing this.
From that point on, any orders placed by your team member will be shown on
your own web site. All commissions and genealogy can be immediately traced. You
may also track your 7% tasting stock (incentive dollars.)
You may use the ‘members lounge’ to post notices, send emails and alerts and any
other information you care to share with your team members.
21. What happens if one of your team does nothing?
Then we use a system called Dynamic Compression
If a team member does nothing for 90 days, they receive a polite email.
If the inactivity continues for 180 days, they lose their position in the tree.
Spillover
As member are only allowed 5 personally recruited level 1 members. Additional
personally recruited members ‘spill over’ to the lines of others further down the
tree.

Commissionable Sales Volume is represented by points which are assigned to each product. These points represent the dollar value on which all residual commissions and bonuses are calculated and paid.
Commissionable Sales Volume is used for your monthly activity status based on your Achieved Rank (see commission plan overview chart) and is also used to calculate your entire Group Volume of your sales team down 8 levels.
You are off to a flying start as, not only do you have to purchase a minimum of $70 each month in order to qualify for your commissions, but so too do those members of your team who also wish to earn a commission that month. There is therefore always a steady minimum volume of sales, from which you benefit, being generated in your team.
You are paid a bonus based upon the package YOU purchase. If you purchase $275 and sell a $785, you get paid $15 and the balance of $35 rolls up to the first person above who purchased $785 Gold Pack.
Here 1, who you sponsored, only bought a Bronze starter pack so, when they sponsor a member who buys a Gold pack, they only get $15 and you receive the $35 difference.)
To ensure you don’t forget to order your $70 qualifying purchase, there are two optional monthly packs, the standard and the premium, which can be shipped automatically if you wish. Contents will change every month so you don’t get exact repeat orders. Alternatively, each month, you can get to choose your own products.
It is essential that you always give out your user name to new members, who you wish to sponsor.

If no user name, your recruits cannot join your team.
If you sponsor someone into your team and they do not do anything at all, then, after 2 months of inactivity, (i.e. not making any purchases) they will automatically be sent an email warning them (nicely!) that if this carries on for another month, they will lose their position in the tree. This means that their place will be taken by someone else, from below them in the tree but, who is active. The tree automatically sheds its dead wood.
In the next slide you will see blue circles and blank circles. The blue circles represent Club members you have personally sponsored. The blank circles represent members who have been sponsored by members above you in the membership tree. As each member can only sponsor a maximum of five members in their direct line, they are constantly having to place new additional members they sponsor in the lines of those further down the tree. This is “Spillover.”
