  1. Currently in both towns final reports and final recommendations (including Comprehensive Plan Amendments based on community input) are being completed and will be approved by the Town Planning Board and Town Council. Both communities will host a Leadership Breakfast to present the report to community stakeholders and community members that has been vested in the process. The town will be taking the lead on Comp Plan Amendments and the Working Groups will champion policy and program changes to impact health. The Healthy Places by Design grant period ends at the end of April however all participants have committed to continuing their involvement after the grant ends.
