Vision statement Safety first and foremost Implementation to address funding Prioritization – factors may include crash data, infrastructure conditions, ped volumes, land use, equity issues Evaluate effectiveness of our efforts Common to all of these tasks will be a public process Start up in late summer; 12 month process
