Select memorized Report List >
Right-click on any of the Unwanted Reports >
Click on Delete Memorized Report.

Due to this the performance of other
functions will slow down like saving the
new transactions.
TIP 2 - TURN-OFF THE IN-
BUILT SEARCH INDEXING

QUICKBOOKS
Turnoff the in-built Search Indexing.
Click Edit >
Preferences >
Search >
Then Select Company Preferences.
Now Uncheck the Search box or search ‘update
automatically’ box (it depends on your version
of QuickBooks).

10. If your original file gets deleted, then
TGL files are used for recovery. But
you can get rid of this problem by
creating a verified backup of your
files in QuickBooks. By doing this TGL
file will become blank and it will
start all over again.
TIP 3- DELETE THE TLG FILE

11. TO CREATE A VERIFIED BACKUP
FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
Click on the File >
Create Backup >
Local Backup and then >
Click on the Options button >
You must make sure that you have selected
Complete Verification’ and then complete the
process of creating the backup.Once you have
created the backup the TGL files will get reset to
blank.

You can create a portable data file and then restore it.
