  1. What was your pathway plan in grade 3, 6, 9 12? Did anyone ever ask you what your passion was and how that could lead to a pathway? The sooner we can start talking to students and parents about all the possible pathways, the better informed their decisions will be and more engaged in school they will become.
  2. And the earlier years, can be the most influential – especially grades 7 & 8.
  3. Just like you may have majored in university, students can major in high school.
  4. Stand up if you are a major teacher in this area.
