The continued growth of the photovoltaic sector led COMSA Corporación to acquire a majority stake in TFM in 2007 to support its further growth and expansion. networked rooftop photovoltaic solar installations.

FOR FINANCIAL INVESTORS
TFM rents rooftops for 25 years in exchange for usage rights
in order to develop a photovoltaic installation
TFM offers to assess the solar photovoltaic panel capacity of each roof space
for their installations and, based on the estimated power attainable, offers to
rent the rooftop from the customer: TFM is responsible for carrying out the
entire installation, getting it up and running and exploiting the energy created in
exchange for a rental fee for the property.
During the past years TFM has had the backing of the investment capacity of
the COMSA Corporación for setting up installations for rental.

TFM has a specific technical team for operations and maintenance of the installations in order to guarantee the proper running
and ensure maximum productivity of the photovoltaic plants
The TFM post-sales department undertakes operations and maintenance of all installations, both own and third parties. This O&M is both preventative, in order to guarantee
that the equipment is used properly and remain functional throughout the entire year, and it is also corrective, with a fast and efficient technical support service in the event
of breakdown.
TFM has long-standing experience in the sector and currently has a broad O&M customer portfolio that vouches for the quality of this service.
