Statement of problem :  Sub District  Customs and Tradition. (Ka Nom tean.) Cultural eating of  Ban Wang Lukvillage important is eat Ka Nom Tean .Witch is cultural inherit since past until present and Think is cultural conservation and propagate to community for present identity culture of Thailand.
Objectives: Sub District Customs and Tradition. (Ka Nom Tean.) To study about community and community culture of  Sukhothai and Bandanlanhoi in topic of  Ka Nom Tean, enables me to develop an understanding of my place within my community and conserve it. To compare my experience with my friends and leaner aboard, specifically un my own community country. To use English in order to exchange information and communicate effectively.
Process :  Sub District Customs and Tradition. ( Ka Nom Tean .) Stage 1 Study and research the tourist spots of to cerate the presentation (Power Point presentation, E-book or Flash) and post in  http:// cc.britishcouncil.org/studentdialogues/School  Projects/ Better community better life/   Stage 2 Community culture investigation & survey in topic of  Ka Nom Tean  Stage 3 Community cultural branding presentation ( Sub District Customs )  in topic of  Ka Nom Tean

Geographical Features of Ban Wang Luk  Sub district
Ban Wung Luk Sub district is at the southern most part of northern Thailand.main  occupation  of Ban wung Luk is farmer and feed cow.
There are 8 villages Moo 1 Ban Wang Luk   The population 920 Moo 2 Ban Mai Fung Klong  The population 451 Moo 3 Ban Song Chan    The population 649 Moo 4 Ban Hnong Ton  The population 567 Moo 5 Ban Hnong Pa Taew  The population 348 Moo 6 Ban Hnong Tom The population 637  Moo 7 Ban Hnong Toom The population 235 Moo 8 Ban Cha Lad The population 142
Arrangement  Step
Ingredient of flour Stick rice flour 500 g Sugar  200 g Oil Ingredient sweet filling  Coconut rasp 1 cup Sesame  ¼ cup Sugar  100 g
How to sweet filling 1. Fly the coconut until fragrant 2. Put sugar and stair until ingredient is  homogeneously 3. Put sesame then fly and pause until cool
How to sweets 1. Dissolve sugar in water then put on the store thon simmer until fragrant add salt 1 tablespoon 2. Take flour and sugar mix in bowl and head until home homogeneously (It flour is name all to get her can pat water) 3. Mold the flour is round then spread be a thin sheet then put sweets filling and mold be a round  4. Take oil paint to banana leaf than wrap  5. Then go to steam about 45 minute

Cultural eating of Ban Wang Lukvillage important is eat Ka Nom Tean .Witch is cultural inherit since past until present and Think is cultural conservation and propagate to community for present identity culture of Thailand.
  • 4. Objectives: Sub District Customs and Tradition. (Ka Nom Tean.) To study about community and community culture of Sukhothai and Bandanlanhoi in topic of Ka Nom Tean, enables me to develop an understanding of my place within my community and conserve it.   • 11. Ingredient of flour Stick rice flour 500 g Sugar 200 g Oil Ingredient sweet filling Coconut rasp 1 cup Sesame ¼ cup Sugar 100 g
  • 12. How to sweet filling 1. Fly the coconut until fragrant 2. Put sugar and stair until ingredient is homogeneously 3. Put sesame then fly and pause until cool
  • 13. How to sweets 1. Dissolve sugar in water then put on the store thon simmer until fragrant add salt 1 tablespoon 2. Take flour and sugar mix in bowl and head until home homogeneously (It flour is name all to get her can pat water) 3. Mold the flour is round then spread be a thin sheet then put sweets filling and mold be a round 4. Take oil paint to banana leaf than wrap 5. Then go to steam about 45 minute
