Purpose
The purpose of this trailer is to inform
everyone about the news of the new
expendables film to set release. It’s a
commercial for this film that is put into
art form. This will give viewers of the
trailer an indication of the plot & what the
films all about. Information such as the
release date, voiceovers, actors & other
information will be mentioned to inform
people about the film.
Form
It’s an hour & half film put into short little clips that is added
into the trailer that is 2:13 duration. The trailer consists of
spoilers from the film & main clips that is added.
Content
The camera doesn’t just focus in one place, it shows a lot of
different angles and other scenes. The mise-en-scene
consists of them wearing assault clothing as they’re in a
warzone & are a squad. The music consists of an combat
beat type beat, as they’re in a war. The film doesn’t really
consist of voice over but the graphics consist of editing from
shooting & action.
Meaning/plot
Patrick Hughes has created the expendables for the third
time. The Expendables team come face to face with the
team's co-founder Conrad Stonebanks which Ross was
forced to kill Stonebanks after he became a trator, but
Stonebanks survived and has now made it his mission to

and younger generation of Expendables to help the team
defeat his old employees.

around the ages of 15-50, as the film doesn’t really have a

by making a very action-packed film that also includes
famous actors such as Sylvester Stallone, Arnold
Schwarzenegger & Jet-Li. These famous experienced actors
have been involved in a lot of action films throughout the
