Born in 1971, Conrad Gallagher is a hospitality management professional with more than 30 years of experience. Gallagher has both Irish and South African Residency and is currently based in the Middle East and Africa, where he is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Aura Hospitality & Food Services Doha. Gallagher started out in the hospitality industry at a young age, working in Michelin Star kitchens in his early 20s, before moving on to run and operate his own restaurants and take positions including Corporate Chef and Culinary Director.
