Learner centred School library “trained and familiar with open education resources, selecting digital content and curriculum, and with instructional design strategies, so they can be a resource to the teachers in the building” (McMahon 2018) Public Library – universal offers Digital services, skills and access underpins a 21st century library service. Digital supports and enables the deliver of all the offers. FE Library Digital Competency Framework embedded in national curriculum, digital literacy as an Essential Skill qualification.
