Cook County’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant
(EECBG) Program, administered through the Department of
Environmental Control in partnership with the Bureau of Economic
Development, has provided funding to over 70 Sub-Recipients to
complete a variety of projects aimed at reducing energy use,
operating cost and greenhouse gas emissions. The EECBG funds
