Dress Up Week
• One day this week you will dress up as
your favorite character from any story.
• Character riddles will be read EACH
morning. Use the clues to figure out
WHO the character is.
• At the end of the week the class with
the most correct answers will win a
prize.
• In the event of a tie, a head to head tie
breaker will be moderated by Mrs.
Kelly!
4. Week three: March 19
Poetry Week
• A poem will be read each morning.
• Students will be…

• Poetry ALL week long.

5. Week four: March 26
Book Buddies
• Team up with a 2nd or 3rd grade
student and share the experience of
reading.
• Each student will share a story in
partner reading.
• Don’t get too excited – your
teachers will determine partners.
6. Friday, March 30
Cozy Up With a Good
• On this day students are invited to wear
Book
pajamas to school, bring your favorite
stuffed animal, and cozy up with your
book.
• At a designated time during the day, all
TR students will scatter hither and yon
throughout the building to read their
books.
