Offering Purpose: ◘  to reach an agreement between the MCSP and the client on the services to be provided Outcome: ◘  legally binding agreement between MCSP and the client, specifying services, deliverables, rights and obligations of the parties Contents: ◘  Proposal (context, services & deliverables, approach and workplan, roles & responsiblities, terms and conditions)

Execution Purpose: ◘  to deliver what was agreed in the offering phase Outcome: ◘  services and deliverables ◘  recommendations and approach for the future ◘  ongoing evaluation and improvement Contents: ◘  Refining and implementing the agreed work plan ◘  Monitoring of progress and change control, reporting, risk mgt. ◘  Approvals and acceptance
