The Information Technologies Institute (BTE) was established as a
department of TUBITAK BILGEM (Center of Research For Advanced
Technologies Of Informatics And Information Security) in 2010. Until
2010, ITI was serving as a department under TUBİTAK Marmara Research
Center for the purposes of research on topics relevant to software and
hardware engineering. BTE has taken parts both in national and

based location techniques. The Geolink platform will be
utilized to handle this task.
