Tesco is the third largest retailer in the world. I was brought in as the first (ever) Product
Director for their Clubcard loyalty programme, building a world-class product team of 35 (from zero), comprised of product managers, user-experience and user-interface designers, user-experience researchers, rapid prototypers, consumer insights researchers, analysts and data scientists.
