Foresight is a time intensive and expensive process, requiring few weeks to months to produce strategic actions. Inspired by the simplicity and effectiveness of business model canvas, I developed the rapid foresight canvas to help teams get started, align on the view about the future and set the foundation for a longer-term engagement. This canvas is designed to be used in a workshop style setting. The rapid foresight canvas has 15 sections to be completed as a team or individually in the prescribed order.
