The Body / Volunteer Role:
2 simple paths to sign up and serve:
1.The Body comes to the Volunteer Center and expresses an
interest in volunteering. Then, they complete an E-Z Form and
discuss opportunities to serve with a Volunteer Center Team
member.
2.The Body goes to calvaryftl.org and reviews the volunteer
opportunities on Calvary's web site. Once they feel led to
participate, they enter their basic contact information via the
online Ministry Platform tool.

Volunteer Ministry Role:
• The Volunteer Ministry enters the “Servant E-Z form” data in
Ministry Platform.
• The Volunteer Ministry takes their photo and uploads the
image into Ministry Platform.
• The Volunteer Ministry sends an email notice to the
respective ministry in the form of a “work flow”. This notifies
the ministry to connect with the volunteer interested in their
area.
• At this time, Ministry Platform does not have a “bucket” of
volunteers to draw from.

Ministries' Volunteer
Coordinator (VC) Role:
• The Ministry will communicate via email and/or phone with
the volunteer who is responding to the opportunity.
• The Ministry will invite the volunteer to attend an orientation,
training or interview to establish the volunteer’s possible role
in the ministry. This can be done in Ministry Platform as a
personalized email using the individual volunteer’s name.
• After the interview/orientation the ministry feels the volunteer
is a good match for the area they will close the response and
add the volunteer to the “ministry group” in MP.
• The Ministry now has a new volunteer team member!
