Elas kord üks sipelgas.
Igal hommikul läks sipelgas tööle
ja alustas töötegemist.
Sipelgas oli usin ja õnnelik tööd tehes.
Juht, lõvi, oli üllatunud
nähes, et sipelgas teeb
tööd ilma järelevalveta.
Ta mõtles, et kui
sipelgas teeb nii
efektiivselt tööd ilma
järelevalveta, siis
järelevalve abiga saaks
sipelga töö muuta veelgi
tõhusamaks.
Nii värbab lõvi prussaka,
kellel on juhikogemust ja
kes on eriti kuulus oma
põhjalike raportite
poolest.
Prussaka esimene otsus
on luua süsteem
vahetustega tööks.
Ta vajab ka sekretäri, kes
aitaks teda raportite
loomisel …
... ja palkas ämbliku
hoolitsema arhiivi eest ja
valvama telefonisidet.
Lõvi oli õhinas prussaka
raportitest ning palus tal
teha skeeme ja
diagramme tootmise
arenemisest ning
valmistama analüüse,
mida võiks kasutada
juhtide koosolekul.
Nii tuli prussakal osta arvuti ...
. . ja palgata kärbes
vastutama IT-
osakonna eest.
Sipelgas, kes alguses oli olnud õnnelik, produktiivne
töötegija, vihkas uut tööd, kus ta pidi käima
erinevatel koosolekutel ning tegema palju selgitus-
ja paberitööd…!
Lõvi tegi juhtiva otsuse, et
viimane aeg oli palgata
ülemus sipelga osakonda.
Paik anti ritsikale, kelle esimene
otsus oli hankida moodne vaip ja
ergonoomiline tool enda kabinetti.
Uus ülemus, ritsikas, vajas
muidugi arvutit ja isiklikku
assistenti, kes valmistaks töö ja
budjeti optimiseerimisplaani …
Osakond, kus sipelgas töötab, on
nüüd kurb koht, kus keegi ei
naera ja kõik on ülimalt
närvilised...
Sellel hetkel ritsikas
veenis lõvi, et vajalik on
teha töö heaolu
selgitus.
Märgates sipelga
osakonna kulutusi,
lõvi tõdes, et
tootlikus on
märgatavalt
langenud.
Nii palkas ta öökulli,
hinnatud konsultandi,
auditi sooritamiseks ja
vajalike arengu
ettepanekute
tegemiseks.
Öökull tegi
selgitustööd kolm
kuud ja sai kokku
hiiglasuure raporti,
milles oli kirjas:
““ Osakonnas on liigaOsakonnas on liiga
palju töötajaid...”palju töötajaid...”
Arva, kelle lõvi vallandab esimesena?
Muidugi sipelga, sest hindamises osutus tema
selleks, kellel on “motivatsiooni puudus ja
negatiivne suhtumine”.
