* Latest generation touch screens. From 24 inch department units through
to 42 inch Kiosks and 65-85 inch wall screens = Customer impact in-store.
* Kiosk supports product locators, product tiles and images, printable
shopping lists, videos, maps, 3D and flash animations, interactive and
directional maps, digital e-Brochures, and captured user information.
* All customer operations by natural touch screen gestures, same as latest
generation of smart 'touch' phones.
> Nav Bar for instant access to the ‘where is it?’ questions.
Plus permits link to other interfaces.
> Showreel for displaying promotions, videos, TVC and QR codes
> Carousel for SALES related Content
Simple 'SaaS' solution with ‘fat client’ App technology, so all functions
operate on the Kiosk for speed and reliability.
Kiosk content is fully managed through simple wireless connectivity for
kiosk management, updating and reporting (from Hybris).

Total Usage Statistics . Overview
• Statistics and in-store results show that the
Location of the Kiosks in-store and the
content related to its location – dictates its
usage.
The Store entrance is the ideal location (as
the store greeter is today)
• Customer engagement is also driven by the
provision of useful and ‘fresh’ content and
information related to its location.
So content equals usage !
• Usage per Kiosk ranged from 3,000 - 5,000
‘Customer’ interactions per week (on
average footfall of 8,000 per week)
• Printable shopping lists (= increase basket
sales), promotions, brand videos,
advertisements and specials along with the
FIND IT function and eCatalogue were the
most popular features.
