Real Estate Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (RERAP) is the need of hour. Pakistan has enough resources and capabilities to form the RERAP before June 2016.

hands to form Real Estate Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (RERAP). In
Islamabad, hopefully concerned authorities will form the RERAP before
fiscal budget 2016-2017 without suo moto action of Supreme Court of
Pakistan. First chairman of RERAP should be an honest graduate of Pakistan.
