Fully understanding and properly developing our own attitudes and that of others is the most effective way to have lasting  SUCCESS  .
  Exercise:       Attitudes I need to change:
There are 7 steps to creating and achieving meaningful goals: ,[object Object],2. Determine rewards & consequences 3. Identify obstacles 4. Find possible solutions 5. Establish action plans 6. Create target date 7. Delegate/assign   responsibility
