The “ICT philosophy” will change the way of
communicate and “have relations” each other
4 KEY WORDS
OPEN: the hierarchy of relationships change: the tourist is
active (send pictures, open blog, send touristic informations
to the community), the tourist is also “blog-journalist”
IN (the event): “sensitivity” of the answers to the demand of
communication, a different language
CLOSE: a language more “close to emotions”, friendly,
shared, in real time, in the event, close to “normal life”
LOW COST

Policies ICT/tourism first suggestions
• 1) make an easier acces to ICT in rural and
Mountain areas: spread the “culture of ICT
welcome”: training, professional users, updating
informations
• 2) create “smart and inclusive territories”
(broadband, infrastructures, open data, open
sources, wireless free, free softwares)
• 3) create new system of dialogue for improving
the quality of information (certification for giving
data and informations/”filter” criteria for receiving
data and informations) and the DEMOCRACY of
information
