Through a Data Centre Storage Reseller, Empowered delivered a technical refresh and upgrade of a
Network solution to a major engineering client. The solution involved the installation of a resiliant Gigabit
Ethernet switched Network and IP telephony based on Cisco topology across multiple locations to 1500
users.
Through a UK Tier 1 Reseller, Empowered delivered an essential upgrade to Cisco Call Manager Telephony
System and Voice Mail Services including Microsoft Active Directory Integration to UK Education
establishment across 2 major campuses and 12 remote sites.
Through a Managed Services Provider Deployment of Network LAN Upgrade to major utilities company into
Head Office and associated sites. Project delivered over 4 month period across 2000 user estate.
Through a Global Cisco Gold Partner, delivery of Wireless LAN Services including Survey, Design,
Deployment and Training to variety of end user client environments.
Through a Premier Telephony Reseller, Empowered delivered full lifecycle consultancy and deployment
services of IP Contact Center Solution to major constructions company including customer training and full
handover support.
Through a Global Telco Partner, Empowered delivered in partnership Project Management and Technical
Lead Engineering into Global IPT Deployment Project on behalf of major manufacturing organisation. The
client estate spanned 36 countries with over 10,000 users.
Through a Tier 1 Cisco Gold Partner, Empowered delivered fully resilient perimeter firewall solution to dual
data centres using Cisco ASA 5580 platform with multiple services.

Some recent projects completed include
Empowered undertook a SQL Server health check to help troubleshoot database performance issues for the
leading port authority IT systems based in Southampton, processing millions of transactions per day.
Solution involved the identification of performance bottlenecks and blocking issues and helped re‐architect
parts of the system to improve performance.
Empowered undertook an Implementation of Microsoft SCCM server for two newly established Academies
as part of the government scheme to improve education. Helped set up SCCM for the deployment and
management of Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 R2 operating systems as well as custom software
for up to 2000 clients/users per school.
Empowered helped implement SharePoint Server including initial design, architecture, installation,
customisation and ongoing management for leading organisations in business, academia and government
in both London and the midlands.
Empowered undertook a Custom development solution implemented for a leading Charitable organisation
based on the .NET platform and involving implementation of SQL Server and analysis services.
Empowered delivered integration of leading IPT vendor’s systems with Microsoft Office Communications
Server to deliver full unified communications suite of services including presence and mobility services.
Empowered provided full project delivery of Email Archiving Systems into charity client including detailed
design, project planning, project configuration, implementation, systems go live support and
documentation / training / customer handover.
