I am an experienced Reporting Analyst & Financial Analyst with a background in
Management, Mortgage Banking, Corporate Accounting, Leadership and Project
Management. With a proven record of developing and implementing financial and
operational controls to improve P&L scenarios. I am adept at Excel spreadsheet modeling,
SQL, and database management, proficient with business intelligence tools, PeopleSoft
general ledger, and MS Dynamics, with solid data mining skills with MS Access.

Effectively designed and implemented several new best practices
within the finance and the operations department while working
with the leaders in our mortgage operations group. The result has
been a consistent decrease in the percentage of aged AR greater
than 15 days by 70% and an increase in cash flow by $15 million by
reducing outstanding receivables from 48 to 15 days and
minimizing risk from marginal customers. Later aided in the
implementation a new Job Qualification Standard as a uniform
system to ensure quality control across multiple business units.
