3. About Dave Mendoza
Dave Mendoza serves as Global Talent Strategies Consultant. The talent strategy architecture directly
based upon his deliverables earned ONREC’s 2011 ONREC "Excellence in Sourcing Innovation"
Award ( http://bit.ly/tvwgHs ) in addition to “Most Strategic Use of Technology” Award at the ERE
Expo 2011 Recruiting Excellence Awards.
In the past 12 months, his deliverables has earned his clients as many as 8 award nominations, 2/3
of which were as winners or finalists. His advancement of Talent Mapping research is a key
differentiator in the pipeline effort; a product aligned strategy intertwined with competitive
intelligence.
He formulated a comprehensive "Talent Knowledge Library" as the by-product of his “Competitive
Talent Mapping” initiative. In summation, this methodology is in a class of its own; a hybrid of
product-based, competitive intelligence which is in turn made actionable by automating the data
points collected into a customized, plug & play automated, Sourcing Toolbar consisting of over 5,000
sourcing string urls & macros.
Most recently, he served as project manager from cradle to grave in one of the first end-to-end
integrations of Jobs2Web and ATS to an AvatureCRM implementation.
Spearheaded a Shared Services sourcing model on behalf of his client’s India team to support
North America & EMEA talent acquisition initiatives
