Twice a year non-executive directors from Germany and other European countries as well as politicians and representatives of industry meet and discuss Corporate Governance issues relating to their practical work at the German Directors‘ Conference. The participants are Supervisory Board Members and Non-Executive-Directors. The centre of the conference are the participants themselves: the speeches and presentations just initiate their dialogue. The program starts on Thursday evening with a dinner and keynote speech, followed by an all day conference on Friday
The German Directors‘ Conference is an initiative of supervisory board directors for other board directors in Germany. The main goal of the conference is to promote the exchange of experience between colleagues in Germany, Europe and World-wide
