Entering into the family business of building is a decision that David Gianulias has never
questioned. Along with two additional generations from the Gianulias family line, they
combine to create Three G Development in Southern California. As the founder and CEO of
this company, he takes home and office building seriously, which is evident through his years
of dedication in the industry. Helping to design and create new structures that are safe,
socially and environmentally responsible, and beautiful is one of his greatest joys.

2. David Gianulias
Working with Family
Having the chance to work with his father in the construction and property management
business is a joy that David Gianulias treasures. At Three G Development, where he is the Chief
Executive Officer and Founder of the company, his father Jim serves as a Chairman. Drawing
on his family's long history or experience and prowess in the industry, he is able to present some
of the most innovative methods and design oriented styles to the area of Newport and far
beyond.Through the Innovation Spirits label, he has worked with family to distil the Weber
Blue Agave plant along with Cognac to create the Aga Vie brand of spirits.

3. David Gianulias
A Music Collector
Before becoming the CEO of Three G Development and a Founder of the Levendi Winery,
David Gianulias started his career in the music business. In the early 1990s, he was a
promoter for nightclubs in Southern California and a band manager. Even before then, he
had always had an interest in music. Over the years, he has set to collecting music in his
spare time. He proudly boasts having more than two hundred fifty thousand digital songs.

Active in the Community
David Gianulias is well known in
Southern California for his
entrepreneurial and business
dealings. As a CEO and winemaker,
he spends much of his time
interacting with the local community
in Newport Beach. Some of his
many affiliations include the CHOC
Hospital of Orange County, Pretend
City Children's Museum, and the
Napa Valley Vintners Association.
He is also a member of the Orange
County Sheriff's Department
Reserve and the CHP 1199
Foundation that serves fallen police
officers.
