Possessed of lengthy experience in accounting and finance, David Newmark has most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at a national hedge fund platform. Earlier in his professional life, Mr. Newmark was one of two founding members at Edge Asset Management, LLC in Phoenix, Arizona, and has also previously served as a Fund Accountant at various hedge funds throughout his career. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania, David Newmark holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
