For this final conversation, participants will discuss the changes and major events that occurred along the Boulevard with Tina Eshleman, managing editor of Richmond Magazine and Arts and Entertainment section editor. This will be the fourth iteration of the "Community Conversations" series. The purpose of the series is to engage the community in a dialogue about the region’s past and how that past can positively shape our collective future.
