Mediation and arbitration professional Dementian Guschov has spent more than 30 years as an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) neutral for cases related to architecture, construction, and engineering. He maintains affiliations with such professional organizations as the American Arbitration Association and the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution. Dementian Guschov received international recognition in his selection by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators to its Panel of Mediators and in his appointment by the London Court of International Arbitration to its Roster of Arbitrators.
