I call my company don't get caught because it's a framework for communicating effectively. If you're prepared, knowledgeable, trained and ready, you won't get caught by surprise, a clever interviewer or an irate audience member. I specialize in training and coaching speakers for TED talks, both in advance and backstage at the TEDMED conference, and train groups and individuals in public speaking and media interview skills.
