As a systems architect with a specialty in business analysis, process improvement and requirements management with 23 years in enterprise application and platform development, 20 of those with a major airline, I've specialized in technologies including Microsoft System Center, Active Directory and SharePoint. I've designed and deployed multiple enterprise-level applications still in use today including the Network Operations Center (NOC) Flight Dashboard and alert system, which was adopted as business critical application for FAA compliance during the airline merger, as well as the Architecture Review Committee (ARC) application for deployment governance.
