I made this for my Western Civ II class on April 27, 2017. I couldn't find anything online that dealt with these issues, so I cobbled this together from a lot of sources. It's rough, but I think the material is important so I wanted to get it out into the public arena.

Destabilize US led system of global alliances and
international order
“introduce geopolitical disorder into internal
American activity, encouraging all kinds of
separatism and ethnic, social and racial conflicts,
actively supporting all dissident movements –
extremist, racist, and sectarian groups, thus
destabilizing internal political processes in the U.S.
it would also make sense simultaneously to support
isolationist tendencies in American politics.”

goals.
Disinformation is “another type of armed forces”
The aim of this disinformation campaign is to weaken and destabilize the West by
exploiting existing divisions or creating artificial new ones.
Another strategy is to spread as many conflicting messages as possible, in order to
persuade the audience that there are so many versions of events that it is
impossible to find the truth.
