The health and fitness industry has changed dramatically over the past 30 years and I am privileged to have been part of such exciting change. My career has been vary varied, ranging from delivering health and wellbeing projects into business's, managing health clubs, research and personal training. In 2002 I set up Active Aims with the vision of creating a unique approach to health and fitness.
