What did they like? • Real-time push notifications tailored to a specific story • Always up to date – no need to wait for page to load • Easy to install – no need to download a separate app • Speed – faster or as fast than much larger competitors What didn’t they like? • Not enough updates – more, more, more! • Some users didn’t find the back of the pass • Design limitations
