Trying hard to keep things simple. I rather trust data than my perception. I hate waiting and hate to see people waiting for me. I rather break things than have no confidence in them. Fixing things now is better than fixing them later. Adding features later is better than adding them now. Never add them without good reasons. Opinions are no reasons. If something will kill you, it's technical debt. Scaling systems is easy, scaling people is hard. Diversity is more important than buddy culture. Better bold than indifference.
