Looking Forward
1. On Sticky Notes, one per note, write everything you’d
  like to learn in the next year to improve your
  craftsmanship
2. On each note, write an estimate of how much effort it
  will take.
3. Give each note a rating of 1-3 (3 = highest) of how much
  it could impact what you value
4. Put a butterfly sticker on the two notes you’d enjoy
  most.
5. Choose one to accomplish in the next 3 months.

On each note, write an estimate of how much effort it will take. 3. Give each note a rating of 1-3 (3 = highest) of how much it could impact what you value 4.
